Bertie

Bertie will be arriving at our kennels on the 23rd July 2019.

Meet Bertie, a 1 year old male small Bassett Hound Cross, who was thankfully saved from the back of a truck destined for the meat trade in China and brought to us for rehoming.

Bertie is a lively and happy boy, who loves to be out and about exploring when possible, but is also very happy to chill out in the company of people.

When out and about Bertie is good with other dogs, so therefore could possibly live with a calm female dog (pending introductions). Ideally, we are looking for a home with direct access to a garden, as well as someone who has owned dogs in the past. Bertie could live with children over the age of 12 years (no cats please).

(Please note – due to this dog being rescued from a meat farm in China, his adoption fee is £350 to help us contribute towards the cost of his flight).
