Rita
Meet Rita, a 4-year-old, ex-racing Greyhound who is looking for a retirement home to enjoy since being retired from racing. Rita is currently kenneled with Ringo, however we think they would prefer a home of their own.
Like most Greyhounds, lovely Rita will only need one hour’s exercise a day and then loves to snooze in her bed. Rita walks well on a lead, however does show a prey drive around small furries so therefore will need to remain on a lead (and muzzled until the adoptive family are comfortable with her prey drive).
Rita is good with other similar-sized dogs when out and about (and is used to sharing space with other greyhounds) so could share her home with a similar-sized male dog. No cats, please. Rita will need a home with direct access to a garden and ground floor access, as, like many Greyhounds, she isn’t used to stairs – although willing to try. Rita could live with children aged 14+.
If you would like to adopt Rita please fill out a rehoming questionnaire and a member of the team will get in contact within 48 hours. For questions or queries, please contact the office directly –020 8341 3196 / info@alldogsmatter.co.uk
