Meet Toby, a sweet but worried boy who is looking for an experienced (ideally with Chihuahuas) and patient owner who can help him feel comfortable and relaxed in his new home. Toby would not suit a first time dog owner. Toby can take a little while to warm up, and can be uncomfortable being handled, but once he knows you he is an affectionate boy who likes to cuddle up for a fuss. He enjoys his walks, and enjoys meeting other dogs out and about. He could live in a flat. Toby would make a great companion in the right home.
