(As of Friday 27th March 2020 until further notice)
To protect our dogs, staff, volunteers and community during the Covid-19 crisis we are not taking on any more volunteers. Thanks so much for your interest and please do continue to check this page for further updates.
We couldn’t do what we do without the incredible support of volunteers. By giving your time you’ll get to learn lots about our dog rescue and rehoming work and meet plenty of passionate, like-minded dog lovers (and canines)!
We’re always looking for foster carers, home checkers and drivers to help us on a regular basis. Check below for current volunteering opportunities.
- Dog Walkers (at our kennels in Waltham Abbey, EN9). Please note we are looking for volunteers based in the North London / Essex areas who can commit to at least two days volunteering a month and are experienced at walking and handling strong dogs. Please note that you need to be able to drive to get there as local public transport links are limited.
- Dog Foster Carers in the M25 area – find out more about fostering here
- Volunteers for our charity shop in Muswell Hill – please call the shop directly to discuss: 020 3730 9227
If you’d like to volunteer for us, please complete our Volunteering Questionnaire and a member of our team will be in touch.
If you’d like to foster dogs for us, please complete our Fostering Questionnaire and we will get back to you to discuss.
Unfortunately as a small and busy team we can’t accommodate one or two day volunteering groups, however we would welcome any fundraising you can do! Visit our fundraising page for ideas and inspiration.
