More about Hobbes:
Meet Hobbes, a gorgeous Staffie cross who came to us after his owners change in circumstances.
Hobbes is a proper charmer, and everyone he meets absolutely loves him. He is affectionate and loves a cuddle – he thrives off human interaction. He is really good with most dogs, and whilst he has been on foster he has been going to a dog walker, and he loves running with his pack. He is very active, and will need a minimum of one long walk a day. He loves to splash around in water with his doggy pals! Hobbes loves to play, and must have a garden where he can run about. He travels well, and is fine in a car or van.
However, he is an anxious boy, which is understandable after everything he has been through, and will need an owner who is prepared to work with him and continue his training and socialisation. Hobbes has a good grasp of basic commands, he is house trained, and his recall is coming along really well. He is a clever boy, and is food driven so has lots of potential. Hobbes thrives off routine and will need a stable, consistent environment where he can learn that he is safe and this will be his home forever. Hobbes would like an owner who is willing to dedicate a good amount of time to him while he settles into his new life. He is a great dog, and has been coming on really well in his foster home, and we can’t wait to see him blossom into the fantastic pet we know he is.
