Sandy and Danny

Meet Sandy and Danny, a pair of 4-year-old, ex-racing Greyhounds who are looking for a home together to enjoy after being retired from racing. This sweet pair are very attached and love each other’s company – very much like their namesakes in the film Grease!

Like most Greyhounds, Sandy and Danny only need one hour’s exercise a day and then love to snooze in their bed. Both dogs walk well on a lead together, however do show a prey drive around small furries so therefore will need to remain on a lead (and muzzle).

Sandy and Danny are good with other dogs when out and about (and are used to sharing space with other greyhounds) but would prefer to be the only dogs in the home. No cats, please.

They will need a home with direct access to a garden and ground floor access, as, like many Greyhounds, they aren’t used to stairs – although they are willing to try. Sandy and Danny could live with children aged 14+.

Find out more about rehoming an ex-racer Greyhound here.

If you would like to adopt Sandy and Danny please fill out a rehoming questionnaire and a member of the team will get in contact within 48 hours. For questions or queries, please contact the office directly –020 8341 3196 / info@alldogsmatter.co.uk
