If you are passionate about dogs, great at fundraising, and up for a challenge then get in touch! By taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon you’ll be helping abandoned and unwanted dogs find the loving homes they deserve.
Absolutely! We'll be there to cheer you on, from start to finish! Before the start, we'll have a place to meet and warm up together, then we'll see you at points around the track with our cheer team, and finally, we'll be at the end of the race to say a huge thank you and congratulations!
Your main race pack - with your number, and chip - will be sent to you directly from the event organisers. Please check the organiser's website for full details. We will send you out some running goodies and your vest around 6 weeks before the big day. If you would like this before for training, do just let us know by emailing info@alldogsmatter.co.uk
Money raised via JustGiving and Virgin Money Giving will come to us automatically, so there isn't anything you need to do. The Fundraising page will automatically close three months after the event date, therefore we ask for all donations and total fundraising to be in by this point.
We’ve set the target as £350 to ensure our costs are covered and that as much money as possible is raised for unwanted and abandoned dogs. We’d therefore ask that you try your hardest to reach it.
.
We understand that the fundraising target may be a little daunting, but people are often surprised at how quickly they reach it once they get going! Runners have plenty of time to fundraise, so you could look to plan a fundraising event - which we're more than happy to help with.
.
You could also approach your employer and ask if they offer matched giving and if not, will consider making a donation to your efforts. Some will agree to match the entire amount you raise so this could give your total a huge boost!
.
If after trying all the above you’re still a long way off your target and concerned about reaching it, please do give us a call or pop us an email so we can talk through some more ideas. We will do everything we can to ensure you hit your target and have a great race day!
We love to have volunteers with us on the day! When you volunteer with ADM, you’ll be in for a day of fun! You will be cheering, supporting, and motivating our fantastic runners along the track, and after the race. It’s quite an active day, so we're sure you'll love every second!
