HONEY’S STORY

Our founder Ira meets Honey, a two year old Labrador Retriever who was picked up in a terrible state after being used for breeding and then cruelly dumped.

Honey had clearly been used for breeding multiple times before being dumped and was in a very poor state, suffering from mange and malnutrition and completely emotionally shut down.

When we met her she broke our hearts. However, after spending two months with her foster family, Alec and Jacks, Honey is a completely different dog! She is a typical bright, bouncy, affectionate, food driven Labrador. Thank you so much to Honey’s foster carers for giving her the time, love and care she deserves and bringing this beautiful girl back to life.
