Hector is a handsome Dachshund who has recently come into our care after he was sadly abandoned. We are still getting to know him and will update his profile as we learn more. (please feel free to still apply for Hector if you think he may be a suitable match)
He can be a little shy at first, but once he begins to come out of his shell, he shows his sweet and gentle nature. Hector is doing well with other dogs at the kennels, but he cannot live with cats.
He would be best suited to a home with direct access to a garden, He will need to live in a house and not a flat, where he can feel safe and settled.
Hector is now looking for a calm and loving forever home where he can build his confidence and truly feel secure and cared for.
Hector could possibly live with a calm female dog in his new home pending an introduction.
